[UPDATED] How to Join Modicare- Step by Step Guide - Team Modicare Avengers

If you want to become Modicare consultant, one should have below scanned documents,

• 1. PAN Card (optional)
• 2. ID or Address proof (Best option is your Aadhaar Card)
• 3. Valid Email-Id
• 4. Valid Mobile Number

If you have the above docments, now you have TWO OPTION TO JOIN MODICARE-

1. Through Offline (At Nearest Modicare Offices)
2. Through Online (At Modicare Web Portal)

Option 1 : Offline Joining Procress at neaest MSC

In this case, you have to go first to the nearst Modicare MSC/LSC. To find out your nearst Modicare Store, please CLICK HERE. Go there along with the above documents and tell them that you want to join modicare. They will give you a form. Fill up the form and submit that with the documents to them. They will join you to Modicare Family. Use my MCA No : 92034690 (Name- Dibyandu Pal)  as the Sponsor's MCA Number. After few minutes you will get a message from Modicare on your registered mobile nmber as well as your email inbox. Let then start your own business and start earning unlimited... 

UPDATE : YOU HAVE TO AUTHENTICATE AADHAAR NUMBER FOR JOINING MODICARE

As Modicare Limited has already announced that each and every consultant have to link their Aadhaar Number with Modicare, as well as Aadhaar Number is mandatory for New Joining also.

Here, I will tell you how to authenticate your Aadhaar Number with Modicare. There are nothing much changes in the joining process, except that you have to Authenticate your Aadhaar details first, after entering sponsor’s MCA Number. Check the following image how to authenticate your Aadhar.

Step-1: Enter your “Aadhaar Number”, “First Name” & “Last Name” in the respective box.

Step-2: Click on “Authenticate” button to get the next form as described below.

Step-3: If you are from North East side and you do not Aadhaar Card, check this box to continue further process.

Option 2 : Online Joining at Modicare Web Portal

In this case, you can join us at your home, you will get your MCA No instatly. Then you have to submit your documents to Modicare MSC/LSC within 30 days. Here are the steps to join online. First of all you have to go to modicare web portal at www.modicare.com. Then click on BECOME A CONSULTANT at the top the page. Or CLICK HERE to go to the direct registration page. Please refer to the pictures for better understanding.

1. Enter the Sponsor's MCA No as 92034690. When you take the cusour out of the box, it should show my name as DIBYANDU PAL beside the box.
2. Enter your Title as Mr/Ms/Mrs.
3. Enter your Gender.
4. Next you have to put a valid email address, as the details of your registration will be send to you after completion of registration process.
5. Enter your first name and last name.
6. Enter your date of birth as YYYY-MM-DD. You must be at least 18 years old to be a modicare consultant.
7. Enter your merital status.
8. Then, enter your valid mobile numer. After successul registration, you will get a message on your mobile phone. With this numer, you can get your current BV by just giving a missed call (See How to Get Your BV by a missed call).
9. Enter your approximate household income per month.
   
10. Then its time to enter your Co-Applicant (Nominee) details. However, you can proceed with Co-Applicant. If you want to enter Co-Applicant details, tick the box.
11. If you tick the Co-Applicant box, first of all you have to enter Title of Co-Applicant.
12. Then enter First Name and Last Name of the Co-Applicant.
13. Select Male/Female for the gender of Co-Applicant.
14. Enter Date of Birth of Co-Applicant.
    
15. Now it is the time for your Address details. It will be used for free curier to your home. First select your State.
16. Then select your City.
17. Your Preferred MSC will be selected automatically depending your City. So you have to do nothing for this option.
18. Enter the Pin Code for of your area, where should be default addess.
19. Enter your full Address in the proper box.
20. If you have a PAN CARD NO, then enter it in the appropriate box. Else tick the Applied for PAN CARD option, if you do not have the same.
21. Then enter a password of character between 6 to 10, which should contain atleast 1 alphabet and NO SPECIAL CHARACTER IS ALLOWED. It will be used for your login purpose to the Consultant Dashboard.
22. Then click on the Submit button. It will take you to the next page, where you have to give your documents details. On that page you can see your Sponsor's Name, MCA No & Mobile No.
23. First you have to choose a documents as Address Proof (I always prefer AADHAR CARD). Then select the scanned document by cilckinf the Browse.. Button and have to enter the Document Number.
24. Then you have to select your Photo Identity Proof (I prefer PAN CARD/ VOTER ID CARD/ AADHAR CARD), select the scanned document and give the Document Number. If you give the PAN CARD No in step 20, PAN NUMBER will be automatically selected for Photo Identity Proof, however you can change it.
25. Finally Click on the Register Button to complete the registration proccess. This may take some time to upload the scanned documents to modicare. After completion you will get your MCA NUMBER on the congratulations page, as well as in your mail inbox.

After registration, you have to submit the hard copy of the documents to any MSC in India.
