How to Add NEFT Request for Direct Bank Transfer of Bonus - Team Modicare Avengers

As you know that Modicare has stopped sending Performance Bonus Cheque by post, every consultant must activate NEFT to his/her MCA Number. It is very easy and better to activate it from the web portal than at MSC. Because, it will take less time to verified, maximum 5 to 7 days, if there is no problem. The following points should be kept in mind to be verified properly-

  1. Bank Name must be printed on passbook/cheque.
  2. Account Number & Account Holder's Name must be printed on passbook/cheque.
  3. Address must be printed on passbook/cheque.
  4. IFSC Number must be printed on passbook/cheque (HAND WRITTEN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED).
  5. More over, all the points said above must be cleary visible in the hard copy, as well as in scanned copy.
When you have all this properly, follow the steps as in below-

  1. Go to www.modicare.com. Then Log In with your MCA Number and password. Then hover the mouse over My Profile. It will show a drop down menu. There click on Add NEFT Request. It will take you to a page as the second picture. Your MCA Number and Name will be entered in this page. You can not edit these two.
  2. Enter your NAME AS PER BANK.
  3. Put your bank account number in the box.
  4. Again enter your bank account number. It must be identical to the previous. Until it will be same, it will show an error message.
  5. Then choose the IFSC Code option. After that, the box in the below will be turned in to an editable box.
  6. There enter the IFSC Number of the bank. After giving the full IFSC Number, the Bank Name and Branch Address will automatically be entered.
  7. Now its time to attach a scanned copy of bank passbook or a cancelled cheque. For that, click on Choose File and browse the image file.
  8. Then click on the Submit button. It will show an overlay showing the details you entered for confirmation. Then confirm your submission.
When you confirm the submission, will return the same page (i.e page as in second picture) with a NEFT Activation Request Number written in Green Colour. As well as, you will also receive a message on your registered mobile number with the request number. After few days, you will receive another message, if your request is approved ny Admin. If you do not get any message, even after 7 to 10 days, then check your Dash Board. Resubmit NEFT Request with a proper and valid details, if it is still pending, or rejected. You also have to submit a hardcopy of the uploaded document to any Modicare MSC.
